Tregotha Milling Barn is situated in a quiet countryside setting just 4 miles from the spectacular sandy beaches of Hayle. It forms part of a series of traditional Cornish granite barns that have been refurbished to a high standard and offers excellent family accommodation. The property is situated in one of Cornwall's most popular areas with several beaches and attractions close by including the Tate Gallery at St Ives, Lands End, St Michaels Mount, Flambards and The Eden Project. Why not enjoy the paddock that is available for guests to stroll or try your hand at trout fishing in one of the two lakes within walking distance (lessons and rod hire are available on request).
The spacious accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: 1 king-size double bedroom with en-suite shower over bath and WC, 1 large twin bedroom with a further single bed with countryside views and 1 further double room. A fourth twin bedroom upstairs. Ground floor family bathroom with shower over and WC. Also on the ground floor is a utility room equipped with a washer/dryer, work top and sink which is ideal when coming back from the beach. Upstairs, the large kitchen/dining room has an abundance of space and has a wooden dining table and chairs and is equipped with an electric cooker with ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Leading out of the kitchen is a large balcony with table and chairs with elevated far-reaching countryside views, perfect for breakfast or an evening glass of wine. The lounge has comfortable sofas, TV, video, DVD and feature fireplace. The large private lawned garden has wooden furniture and countryside views. Ample parking.
