As you enter the village there is a collection of shops and a public house situated around the square. Passing through, you will join a small road that leads to Trenoweth Villa. This semi-detached cottage has its own enclosed garden and stunning sea views. The Lizard has a very large and popular cafe‚ open for the summer season, and is renowned for its warm climate and some of the most picturesque coves and beaches in the south west including Kennack Sands, Church Cove, Mullion Cove and Kynance Cove. A collection of attractions in the area are also well worth a visit including the National Seal Sanctuary, The Minack Theatre, Flambards Theme Park and Lands End.
This lovely semi-detached character cottage offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin (both of these have fantastic views of the sea and the Lizard lighthouse which is open to the public), and a further single room, all situated on the first floor, where you will also find a cosy traditional cottage bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. On the ground floor, the cosy lounge has a home-from-home feeling with a TV and DVD. The well-equipped kitchen/diner includes an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. To the front of the property, the children can play safely in the large enclosed lawned garden which has seating and a BBQ. Private parking area at the rear of the cottage.
