They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Please remember that all short break enquiries have to be checked prior to booking, simply find your perfect cottage, get in touch and we will help finalise your enquiry either email or phone our Reservation Team .

About the property

1 OF 2 PROPERTIES, ENJOYING CENTRAL LOCATION WITH VIEWS OVER NEWLYN AND THE BAY

Situated in a quiet residential area, on the edge of the historic market town of Penzance, sits this 1860's house with its newly renovated apartments. You will be next to Penlee Park, which covers 15 acres and hosts Penlee House, Gallery and Museum, a football field, children's play area, tennis club, woodland walk and small open air theatre. Nearby Morrab Gardens and its subtropical delights contain many fine specimens of the Australasian species that thrive in West Penwith's microclimate. The property is also just off the long seafront, which is within strolling distance, with a busy harbour and wave battered esplanade. Take a dip in the magnificent 1930's Lido the largest open-air sea water tidal swimming pool still in use in the UK and is open all day from the end of May to the beginning of September with its own little café. A short walk will take you to the heart of Penzance and you can enjoy all the local amenities including water sports, fishing trips or visit picturesque Chapel Street with a plethora of antique shops and restaurants. Several outstanding galleries and restaurants dotted around the town show the work of local artists.

Venturing out of Penzance is very easy as it is surrounded by some of the most stunning landscapes and seascapes. Any view out to Mounts Bay will include the fairytale St. Michael's Mount a must-see visit. Some of Cornwall's hidden gems are scattered along the coast, with the picture postcard fishing village of Mousehole and fishing port of Newlyn, the blue flag beach at Sennen Cove, the must see Minnack open air theatre nestling into the cliffs edge which hosts a variety of performances throughout the season, not mentioning the picturesque destination of St Ives with its golden sandy beach, restaurants and galleries, archaeological sites and of course Land's End the most westerly point of England with its rugged awe inspiring coastline.
