Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Please remember that all short break enquiries have to be checked prior to booking, simply find your perfect cottage, get in touch and we will help finalise your enquiry either email or phone our Reservation Team.

This 1860's house with its newly renovated apartments sits in a quiet residential area, on the edge of Penzance. Next to Penlee Park House covering 15 acres with a gallery and museum, football field, children's play area, tennis club, woodland walk and small open air theatre.

Nearby Morrab Gardens contains many fine specimens of the Australasian species that thrive in the microclimate. The long seafront is within strolling distance, with a busy harbour and esplanade. Take a dip in the magnificent 1930's Lido. A short walk will take you to the heart of Penzance with local amenities including water sports, fishing trips, antique shops, restaurants and galleries that show the work of local artists. Places of interest to visit include St. Michael's Mount, Mousehole, Newlyn, Sennen Cove, St Ives, Land’s End and Minnack open air theatre nestling into the cliffs’ edge.
