The third floor consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, and 1 further bedroom with a zip-and-link bed made as a double (can be made into a twin on request) this room also has its own seating area with TV and a day bed made as sofa however on request can be made into a single bed. Bathroom: bath with WC located on the third floor. Shower room: shared or en-suite, with WC located on the second floor. Further bathroom on the second floor, with roll top bath and shower cubicle. Separate WC adjacent. Further WC on ground floor. Lounge: with open fire (first basket of logs free), bay windows and TV/DVD. Second lounge: with TV/DVD and pool table.
