Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. 16th CENTURY GRADE II LISTED PART THATCHED COTTAGE SET IN IDYLLIC COTSWOLD VILLAGE

The property is at the end of a quiet, no through road and furnished and decorated to a high specification, with many traditional features such as low ceilings, beams and even the old well in the front garden which is believed to hold magical powers that once made several women in the nearby houses fall pregnant at the same time!

The delightful village of Kingham, which was recently voted England's favourite village by Country Life Magazine, is an ideal location for couples seeking a romantic hideaway or family groups. The village is quintessentially English and has 2 pubs, one Michelin-starred, as well as the world famous Daylesford Farm Shop and Spa which is a 3 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk through the fields at the back of the house. The location couldn't be more central for visiting all there is to see in the Cotswolds, Stow-on-the-Wold, Chipping Norton, Moreton-in-Marsh are all nearby. Burford, Chipping Camden, Bourton-on-the-Water and Oxford are about 20 miles and Stratford-upon-Avon 25 miles. Places of interest include Sudeley Castle, Bleinheim Palace, Hidcote Garden, Chastleton House, Batsford Arboretum and Snowshill Manor. For those looking to venture to the UK's capital, Kingham has a mainline station (75 minutes to London Paddington.)

Outside: garden designed by Marion Ackrill, a prize winner from Chelsea Physic Garden. Please note the garden is private and secure but is situated across a small pathway which leads to other houses.
