The service we offer is very important to us and in 2007 this was recognised when
we became one of the first agencies to become a Visit Britain Quality Accredited
Agency. To achieve this status the whole business was assessed on general practices,
in-house systems, methods of grading a variety of accommodation and ultimately ensuring
we meet with their stringent guidelines.
We are now annually assessed to maintain our accredited status. The Award has been
welcomed by existing owners and it also provides holidaymakers with extra reassurance
of the high level of service they can expect to receive.
Not only do we ensure all our holiday properties make the grade, we also ensure,
as a company, that Farm & Cottage Holidays make the grade both environmentally
and with our friendly customer service.
Farm & Cottage Holidays have been working with the Green Tourism Business Scheme
to improve the way we operate and promote green initiatives. We have now been awarded
GOLD, which is the highest award in the scheme.
