Situated in the grounds of a British Horse Society approved livery yard, you will be surrounded by horses in the fields, chickens, dogs and Bob the cat. You are also welcome to bring your own horse for riding with stabling available. Ideal for touring the whole of Devon, there are beaches to the north and south and attractions to suit all tastes close by. Closer to home, the area is perfect for walkers and nature lovers, and rugged Dartmoor is virtually on your doorstep with so much to explore. In the evenings relax in the enclosed patio area with seating. The traditional accommodation is a wing of the main house and is arranged over two floors. Upstairs offers a large lounge/bedroom area with double bed, TV, DVD and Freeview. Downstairs offers a bathroom with electric shower over and WC. Modern kitchen/diner with fridge/freezer, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, with patio doors leading onto enclosed patio. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. 2 dogs welcome. Regret no smoking. Beach 50 minutes, pubs and shops within 2 miles.
