Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. THATCHED FARMHOUSE WING ON WORKING LIVERY YARD IN TRANQUIL LOCATION Surrounded by rolling countryside, offering a quiet and relaxing holiday location. Situated in the grounds of a British Horse Society approved livery yard, you will be surrounded by horses in the fields, chickens, dogs and cats.
Ideal for touring the whole of Devon, there are beaches to the north and south and attractions to suit all tastes close by. Closer to home, the area is perfect for walkers and nature lovers, and rugged Dartmoor is virtually on your doorstep with so much to explore. In the evenings relax in the enclosed patio area with seating. Stabling: you are welcome to bring your own horse for riding with stabling available.
The traditional accommodation is a wing of the main house, arranged over two floors. Lounge/bedroom: large upstairs area with double bed, TV, DVD and Freeview. Bathroom: downstairs with electric shower over bath and WC. Kitchen/diner: modern fittings with fridge/freezer, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and patio doors. Outside: patio doors lead to enclosed patio. Amenities: bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. 2 dogs welcome. Regret no smoking. Location: beach 50 minutes, pubs and shops within 2 miles.
