Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. EARLY VICTORIAN HOME WALKING DISTANCE TO ALL FACILITIES
This recently refurbished and equipped Victorian terraced house is perfectly positioned for enjoying the many splendours on offer in the traditional seaside town of Sidmouth. Within a level walk is the beach, cinema, shops, good restaurants and riverside park as well as other leisure facilities. The property makes an ideal base for a drive free holiday with so much to see and do, and yet is perfect for exploring the whole of Devon and West Dorset. The Jurassic Coastline is a must for walkers and there are attractions to suit all tastes which include historic Exeter, Crealy Devon, Bicton Park, numerous National Trust properties and Gardens to name but a few. In the evenings relax in the pleasant enclosed front garden with seating.
The accommodation is arranged over three floors and offers FOUR bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin and 2 singles. Bathroom: spacious with bath, separate shower cubicle and WC. Separate WC downstairs. Lounge/diner: with TV, DVD, freesat and Xbox 360 (please bring your own games). Kitchen: with cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, tumble dryer and microwave. Outside: front garden with seating and a small private courtyard to the rear of the property, both enclosed. Amenities: garage for small family car and additional off-road parking for 1 car. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. Regret no pets and no smoking. Additional info: washing machine also in garage. Location: beach, shops and pubs all walking distance. Arrival: 3pm.
