This well equipped single storey wing of the main farmhouse is situated in one of the most popular parts of East Devon and offers total peace and tranquility, yet is only a mile from the A35 making it ideal for touring the whole area. There are attractions to suit all tastes which include the Heritage coastline for walkers, Crealy Adventure Park, numerous National Trust properties and gardens, Bicton Park and more. There are a host of popular village pubs serving good food,and the lace town of Honiton is less than 2 miles away and offers a weekly street market and a range of popular antique shops to browse. On site you are welcome to explore the land and use the shared heated (weather depending) swimming pool (available from mid May - mid September) which is covered by an inflated dome.
The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin (2' 6'' beds). Bathroom with shower over and WC. Kitchen with cooker, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave. Large lounge/diner with TV, DVD and Freeview. Patio doors lead onto patio area with seating. Use of large communal gardens. Ample parking. Bed linen, electric and central heating included. 1 dog by arrangement. Sidmouth 13 miles, Honiton 3 miles, pubs and shops all within 2 miles.
