Exmouth is the gateway to the Jurassic coast. The Exe estuary nature reserve is only 10 minutes walk away and is a haven for bird watchers throughout the year. There are many clifftop walks which offer stunning views of the bay and plenty of sand dunes, rock pools and many seaside attractions which will keep everyone entertained for hours. You will be within a short drive to Crealy Adventure Park, The Donkey Sanctuary, Roman Quarry Caves at Beer and Seaton Electric Tramway. The historic regional centre of Exeter is a short drive and offers cinemas, shops, pubs, restaurants and theatre. Other facilities close by include the championship golf course at the Woodbury Park Hotel Golf and Country Club, riding, fishing and more.
The accommodation offers ONE upstairs twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and is accessed via steep stairs. Downstairs is open-plan and has a lounge/kitchen/diner with Freeview TV/DVD, electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dining room table and patio doors leading out to decked seating area. Owners live next door to the property. Parking for 1 car. Bed linen, electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking or pets. No cot or highchair but you are welcome to bring your own. Pubs, shops and beach are all within walking distance. |
