Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. The Exe estuary nature reserve is only 10 minutes walk away and is a haven for bird watchers throughout the year. There are many cliff-top walks which offer stunning views of the bay and plenty of sand dunes, rock pools and many seaside attractions which will keep everyone entertained for hours. You will be within a short drive to Crealy Adventure Park, The Donkey Sanctuary, Roman Quarry Caves at Beer and Seaton Electric Tramway. The historic regional centre of Exeter is a short drive and offers cinemas, shops, pubs, restaurants and theatre. Other facilities close by include the championship golf course at the Woodbury Park Hotel Golf and Country Club, riding, fishing and more. The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: upstairs twin with en-suite shower room accessed via steep stairs. Lounge/kitchen/diner: an open-plan area situated downstairs with Freeview, TV and DVD.
