Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Please remember that all short break enquiries have to be checked prior to booking, simply find your perfect cottage, get in touch and we will help finalise your enquiry.

SPACIOUS PROPERTY WITH PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL AND HOT TUB.

A detached house offering a very high standard of holiday accommodation in one of Cornwall's most popular holiday destinations. With far-reaching views from the property, this area of the North Coast is a surfer's paradise with lifeguard patrolled sandy beaches. For the more energetic, there are spectacular cliff-top walks.

Just outside Portreath is Tehidy Country Park, a beautiful country park spanning 250 acres, mostly of woodland, with around 9 miles of nature trails. A perfect base, you will be within a short drive of a wealth of popular attractions to suit all tastes. These include The Eden Project, Flambards Theme Park, Lands End, Tate Gallery at St Ives, St Michaels Mount and more. Closer to home there are pubs, shops, a golf course and other leisure facilities on offer. There are some outstanding walks from the property to the coastal path and local tramlines to the village. Leisure facilities: hot tub available all year round. The fenced, heated swimming pool is available from late May to the middle of September.

The spacious property is surrounded by the owner's fields and is perfect for those requiring a peaceful, relaxing holiday and offers FIVE bedrooms: 2 doubles, both with TV, Freeview, video and en-suite shower room and WC, 1 twin and 2 singles. Some of the bedrooms benefit from fabulous country views. Bathroom: family size room with shower over bath and WC. Separate WC downstairs. Lounge: with TV, Freeview, DVD, electric fire and patio doors leading to garden. Second lounge/children's playroom with TV, Freeview, games, books, etc. Kitchen/diner: well-appointed with cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and patio doors leading to decking area. Utility room: separate with washing machine and extra fridge. A tumble dryer (for which there is an extra charge) and a chest freezer are located in the external utility. Outside: enclosed garden with patio and BBQ. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen, electric, towels and central heating included. Regret no pets or smoking. Additional info: Additional info: first £10 for the hot tub is included and swimming towels are available to hire from the owner. £150 cash security deposit payable to owner on arrival.
