The seafront, and 2 miles of sandy beach, are only a 7 minute walk, and Exeter is a short train journey on the picturesque Avocet Line. This holiday cottage is an ideal comfortable base from which to explore the Jurassic Coast - with the South West Coast Path, the chocolate box villages of East Devon, or to take part in all sailing, sea fishing and other water sports that Exmouth is so famous for.
This 1850s character cottage has been newly furnished and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom with shower over and WC. Large kitchen/breakfast room has a country-style table with seating for 6, as well as a dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, gas cooker and microwave, and is fully equipped.
