South Devon is a short drive with its popular resorts of Lyme Regis, Sidmouth and Exmouth. There are many attractions, which include the historic city of Exeter with its shops, pubs, theatre, cinema and other leisure activities including Crealy Adventure Park. Staying closer to home Seaton beach is a short walk away with its shops and electric tram which is definitely worth experiencing. There are plenty of coastal paths to walk and the scenery here is truly breathtaking with the unique landscape and plant life found in the area.
The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with TV plus z-bed and 1 single, both approached by a narrow staircase with handrail. Family bathroom downstairs with shower over roll-top bath and WC. Lounge with beautiful stonework, beams, widescreen TV, DVD and gas-effect woodburner. 2 steps leading up to kitchen/diner with cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Enclosed garden with garden furniture and BBQ. Parking for 1 car. Bed linen, electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking or pets. Pubs, shops and beach walking distance.
