If you can tear yourself away from the property you will be close to many attractions including a variety of beaches and coves and you will also be a short distance to historic Exeter, Escot Aquaculture, Crealy Adventure Park, Quad World, Westpoint, Exeter Airport and a wealth of National Trust properties and gardens in the area. Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks are also within a short driving distance and with its 368 square miles of natural beauty, rugged grandeur, high moorlands and sheltered valleys, it is a must-see for the family. Leisure facilities: your very own hot tub which seats up to 6 people with its own changing room with shower. Also on site, in adjoining barns, there is an indoor heated swimming pool (7 x 3.5 x 1 metre depth), open all year round, sauna that offers an extra changing room with WC and shower. Games room: 2 barns, 1 offering a pool table and the other one offering a wendy house, toys, TV/video and a table tennis table. (Games rooms and pool shared with owners and neighbouring holiday property, sauna at reasonable charge open all year round). Farm activities: on site you will be welcome to help feed the calves and watch the milking.
The accommodation, which adjoins the owner's house and is served by solar panels, offers THREE bedrooms: 1 large family room with 1 double, 1 single, 1 cot and SkyTV. 1 twin approached through the main family room and another separate twin bedroom. Bathroom: upstairs with bath and WC (approached down 2 steps). Separate WC downstairs. Lounge: large with flatscreen SkyTV, DVD, video, woodburner (logs included in winter months). Kitchen/diner: equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and an elegant ornamental Victorian fireplace. Utility room: with freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: large enclosed garden with picnic table and gas BBQ sheltered by shrubs and mature trees. Amenities: parking for 4 cars. Bed linen, electric and central heating included. Wi-fi available on request. Regret no pets. Additional info: £100 security deposit payable on arrival to owners and returned the week after the holiday.
