The cottage has been lovingly refurbished and is immaculately presented. Situated in a quiet location in the historic town of Topsham, it is only a short walk from the town centre and quay. Topsham is an unspoilt, historic town on the Exe Estuary and is a dream location for families, walkers and boat lovers as there is something for everyone. The town is well served by many good, small shops, pubs and restaurants and just a few minutes drive is the cathedral city of Exeter with its fine shopping and architecture. A few minutes down the road you will also discover the heritage protected Jurassic Coast where you will find some of the cleanest beaches and most beautiful coastline. This cottage provides the perfect retreat to simply relax or to explore Topsham and the local area.
The accommodation is arranged on 3 floors and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. Family bathroom with shower over and WC. The front door opens into a small porch which leads directly into a charming open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner providing a light and airy space. The lounge, with windows looking out onto the courtyard garden, has a feature brick open fireplace, TV and DVD. Kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. A washer/dryer is housed in an outhouse just across the courtyard. To the front of the cottage there is a very pretty paved courtyard with a raised decking area with outdoor seating. Access to the garden is across the shared path directly opposite the front door. Parking is street parking nearby. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. Regret no pets and smoking inside the property. Beach 6 miles, pubs and shops walking distance. |
