Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. You are welcome to enjoy the owner's large garden with views of the family's newly planted vineyard, seating and a summer house. Walk through the beautiful woodlands from the garden, to the lakeside or enjoy the many cycle routes that are close to the property. Perfectly positioned for touring both Devon and Cornwall, you will have a choice of sandy beaches to the north and south as well as attractions to suit all tastes which include Roadford Lake with fishing and water sports, Lydford Gorge, Okehampton Castle, The Eden Project (50 minutes) and many more. Tavistock, an ancient stannary town, is easily accessible, as is Plymouth and Exeter offering many attractions such as theatres, restaurants and shopping centres. Golf, riding and walking can be found locally with good pubs and restaurants nearby. The accommodation has been furnished and equipped to a high standard offering level access throughout. ONE bedroom: super-king-size double that can be unzipped to make a twin with en-suite shower over bath and washbasin. Hairdryer provided. Separate downstairs WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with TV, DVD and hi-fi. Kitchen area with electric cooker, microwave, washer/dryer and fridge with small icebox.
