Leisure facilities: guests are welcome to fish for trout and salmon on the property's section of the River Tavy or you might like to try your hand at falconry which can be arranged onsite through the owners. Stabling: horses are welcome as the estate also has a working livery yard.

Dogs only welcome in luxury external guest kennels adjoining the cottage, guests required to maintain cleanliness of the kennels. Regret no smoking.
