Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. STUNNING DARTMOOR LOCATION, AS FEATURED IN BBC COUNTRYFILE MAGAZINE

Offering peace, tranquillity and unrivalled views, this refurbished detached cottage which was featured and recommended in the BBC Countryfile magazine, is situated on the owner's 40 acre estate within the Dartmoor National Park. Enjoy some lovely walks from the cottage directly onto the moor or alternatively just relax by the Willsworthy Brook in the secluded woodland garden exclusive for guests use.

Nearby is the award winning market town of Tavistock with its famous market, shops, pubs and restaurants. The beaches on the south coasts of Devon and Cornwall are easily reached. Nearby attractions include Lydford Gorge, Castle Drogo and historic Plymouth with its Hoe, Barbican and National Marine Aquarium. Leisure facilities: guests are welcome to fish for trout and salmon on the property's section of the River Tavy or you might like to try your hand at falconry which can be arranged onsite through the owners. Stabling: horses are welcome as the estate also has a working livery yard.

The accommodation is finished to an extremely high standard with all rooms having a delightful countryside view. There are THREE bedrooms: 1 twin downstairs. Upstairs offers 1 king-size double with en-suite bathroom with bath, large shower and WC. 1 further double. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with multi-fuel woodburner (first basket of logs included, further available to purchase from the owners), TV, DVD, iPod docking station, cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave. Outside: courtyard area with seating and further large private gardens. Useful shared adjacent storage area ideal for bikes. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. Wi-fi available. Dogs only welcome in luxury external guest kennels adjoining the cottage, guests required to maintain cleanliness of the kennels. Regret no smoking. Additional info: regret no cot but guests are welcome to bring their own. Location: shop 3 miles, pub 1.5 miles.
