Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Please remember that all short break enquiries have to be checked prior to booking, simply find your perfect cottage, get in touch and we will help finalise your enquiry either email or phone our Reservation Team .

This converted barn offers unique accommodation furnished with antique pieces and original paintings and is situated in a quiet location and is ideal for those seeking peace and tranquillity. Set amongst the Blackdown Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the area forms a tranquil, beautiful and relatively isolated landscape on the Devon and Somerset border. Steep ridges, high plateaux, valleys and springs create a stunning mosaic of countryside dotted with farms, villages, ancient features and historic houses perfect for walking and exploring. The historic cities of Exeter and Taunton are half an hour away offering many attractions, shopping centres, theatres and restaurants. Honiton is just 8 miles away and is a mecca for antique hunters. You will also be a comfortable drive to the delightful resorts of Lyme Regis, Seaton, Sidmouth and Exmouth. For those who just want to relax, why not stay closer to home and enjoy a good book or a glass of wine in the garden and watch the abundance of wildlife around the pond and take in the fantastic scenery. If travelling to the property via train, the friendly owners would be pleased to offer lifts to and from the station.
