Topsham, Budleigh and Sidmouth, all offering quaint shops and eating places, are close by. Other facilities nearby include the championship golf course at the Woodbury Park Hotel Golf and Country Club, riding, fishing and more.
The accommodation offers ONE bedroom with zip-and-link bed which can either be a double or a twin on request. Bathroom with shower over and WC. Kitchen with cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Separate laundry room with washing machine and outside drying area. Lounge/diner with TV, DVD, Freeview and sofa bed (which can sleep 1 adult or 2 children). The dining area enjoys views over the garden. Private enclosed patio and lawned area with garden furniture where you can relax at the end of a busy day. Off-road parking. Bed linen, electric and full central heating included.
