Being on the edge of Dartmoor, you will be within a 10 minute drive from stunning walks over rugged moorland and through quiet valleys. The ancient stannery and market town of Tavistock is worth a visit as is the historic city of Plymouth and National Marine Aquarium. Attractions to suit all ages can be easily reached including The Eden Project, the living museum of Morwellham Quay, Lydford Gorge and the National Trust property of Cotehele House. Many activities can be enjoyed locally including golf, horse riding, fishing and water sports at Roadford Reservoir and a good selection of pubs and restaurants are also nearby.
