This converted annexe of the main house is situated in the heart of the Devon countryside, by a working farm, in a quiet and peaceful setting. With views over the countryside, the lodge is a perfect place for relaxing and exploring all the delights that Devon has to offer. The immediate area offers superb walking country and Exmoor with its wonderful scenery and walks, is close by. The accommodation is also conveniently located for the many other attractions such as the historic market town of Tiverton which is only 4 miles away, the city centre of Exeter with its museums, leisure facilities, restaurants and high street shops and a variety of sandy family beaches to the north and south.
The accommodation is arranged on one level and offers ONE double bedroom. Lounge/kitchen/diner with TV, DVD, electric cooker, fridge and microwave. Bathroom with large double shower with hand rails and WC. Outside there is a seating area in a shared garden with the owners, however privacy is always assured. Parking for 1 car.
