Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Enjoying an idyllic countryside location in 7 acres of meadow, it is situated on the outskirts of the picture postcard town of North Tawton, the chosen home of poet Ted Hughes for 37 years. Here there is a selection of pubs and shops that are available for your convenience. If peace and relaxation are high on the agenda, then look no further, this sympathetically built complex was designed with this in mind. Every property enjoys its own space and has been lovingly renovated to the highest of standards. Despite its rural situation it is a great location to see the whole of this beautiful County, from the rugged Dartmoor that is virtually on your doorstep, the popular tourist destinations of the South coast to the unspoilt villages littered around the North Devon coastline. The picturesque cathedral city of Exeter is just a short drive and is a must see when coming to this part of the world, with its cobbled streets, its array of architecture from medieval to modern day all interwoven seamlessly. The city now boasts an increasing number of boutique style shops, cuisines from around the globe and array of pubs and wine bars.

Regret no smoking in the property. 1 pet by arrangement. Location: beach 30 miles, shop and pub within 1 mile in North Tawton.

This unique detached barn conversion has been painstakingly renovated using many of the materials that could be saved from the original build. Offering FOUR bedrooms: the master double with en-suite shower and WC, is reached via its own stair case. A further double, twin reached via the main staircase. There is 1 further double with en-suite shower room. Bathroom: family size with WC. The property opens out from the front door down a couple of stairs into a spacious hallway. There is a WC off the entrance hall. Lounge: the lounge has been built to entertain, with integrated hi-fi that can be piped into all the rooms, flatscreen TV, DVD and Freeview. Dining room: grand area offers ample seating for all your guests and more, and enjoys exposed wooden beams. Kitchen: drops down a couple more steps off the hallway, offering washer/dryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, range cooker and dishwasher. Outside: the courtyard offers seating and BBQ.
