Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Please remember that all short break enquiries have to be checked prior to booking, simply find your perfect cottage, get in touch and we will help finalise your enquiry either email or phone our Reservation Team .

1 OF 2 PROPERTIES, POSITIONED NEAR THE TAMAR VALLEY, SET ON 42 ACRE FARM

These delightful barn conversions are approached via a farm lane and situated in a secluded and very peaceful unspoilt corner of Devon. Privately located but close to the owner's farmhouse. An excellent base to explore the area and is perfect for anyone with a love of the great outdoors with both coasts and the moors within easy driving distance. There are so many things to do and places to go to for family fun and entertainment including Morwellham Quay, Jamaica Inn and The Eden Project. Roadford Lake is only 7 miles away and is a 730 acre reservoir with visitors centre, restaurant, fishing and sailing and also provides some great walks. Why not spend a day visiting one of Cornwall's famous coastal resorts such as Padstow, Tintagel or Boscastle; all within easy access of the property.

Outside: guests are welcome to wander through the grounds (please take care with dogs around livestock). Amenities: both properties offer ample off-road parking. Bed linen, towels, electric and heating included. 1 dog welcome. Location: beach 30 miles (both North and South coasts), shop, pub and restaurant all within 3 miles.  

The accommodation is arranged on one level and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin both with wooden flooring. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Two steps lead from the hallway to the twin bedroom and bathroom. Lounge/diner: cosy open-plan area with slate floors, underfloor heating, woodburner (first basket of logs free) which is ideal for cooler months, comfy sofas, TV, Freeview and DVD. Kitchen: with cooker, fridge with ice compartment, washer/dryer and microwave. Outside: there is a small enclosed gravelled area with furniture, BBQ, and spectacular views over the countryside.
