Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Please remember that all short break enquiries have to be checked prior to booking, simply find your perfect cottage, get in touch and we will help finalise your enquiry either email or phone our Reservation Team .

TOWN CENTRE APARTMENT, SLEEPS 2+2

In the heart of the traditional Victorian seaside town of Ilfracombe, perfectly situated for all the amenities that Ilfracombe has on offer, from the crazy golf which is virtually outside your front door, to the wealth of restaurants, galleries, multi-screen cinema, Landmark Theatre and gift shops. The harbour is home to many restaurants including the renowned artist Damien Hirst’s restaurant ,which serves freshly caught fish virtually straight off the boat, and pubs to enjoy the sun setting over the picture-postcard horizon. The harbour is also home to many boats offering trips, from pleasure cruises around the coast, fishing trips for the family, or to the nature reserve of the internationally-known Lundy Island. If you find time to leave Ilfracombe, a selection of beaches and coves wait to be discovered with many secluded coves offering perfect surfing conditions for the more adventurous. The regional capital of Barnstaple is only a 10 mile drive and offers a wealth of shopping from department stores to boutiques as well as a selection of restaurants and pubs. Leisure facilities: on the third floor shared sauna which you are free to relax in after those action-packed days.

The apartment is situated on the second floor and is accessed via a communal area where you are welcome to deposit your belongings prior to parking your car. The apartment offers ONE bedroom: double. Shower room: with shower cubicle and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with ample seating, (double Z-bed available on request which fits easily into the lounge area), along with TV, DVD and Freeview. Kitchen area offering an oven and hob, fridge and microwave. Utility: shared area on the second floor with several washing machines and tumble dryers. Amenities: roadside parking or in car parks close by. Bed linen, electric, central heating and laundry facilities all included. Regret no pets or smoking in the building. Location: beach, shops, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. £10 security deposit payable directly to the owner prior to your stay.
