Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Please remember that all short break enquiries have to be checked prior to booking, simply find your perfect cottage, get in touch and we will help finalise your enquiry either email or phone our Reservation Team .

CHARMING COTTAGE WITH SUNNY COURTYARD, CLOSE TO QUAY AND PUBS, REGRET NO CHILDREN OR BABIES.

This light and spacious former fisherman’s cottage is set in Appledore’s most photographed street just a short level walk from recommended pubs, restaurants, shops and galleries, and only a few yards away from the slipway to the foreshore. Recently refurbished, it is the perfect location in this historic and fascinating village for walks on the tidal beach, walking the coastal path or the Tarka Trail and bird-watching along the estuary. Under a mile away is the surfing beach at Westward Ho! with its 2 miles of golden sands, golfing at the Royal North Devon Golf Club (the oldest links in England) and slightly further is RHS Rosemoor Gardens, the steep cobbled streets of Clovelly or many local historic houses. Alternatively you can relax in the cottage’s large sunny enclosed paved garden or beside the water at a nearby pub.

The recently refurbished, charming and comfortable cottage offers ONE bedroom: double with TV with DVD, Freeview and iPod dock. Bathroom: adjacent to bedroom with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/diner: spacious with feature beams and stone fireplace with coal effect gas fire, TV with DVD, Freeview and iPod dock. Kitchen: with cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Outside: enclosed south-facing paved terraced courtyard with table and chairs, BBQ and all season summer house with further seating, sunloungers and WC. Amenities: parking nearby at roadside or in car parks. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. 1 dog welcome, further by arrangement. Regret no smoking. Location: 50 yards from estuary beach, beach less than 1 mile, pubs and shops walking distance.
