Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. This annexe is located in a quiet, rural area with unbroken views over the countryside to distant Dartmoor. Enjoy the atmosphere of the farm in the warmth and comfort of this tastefully furnished and decorated Appleloft. The accommodation has many character features such as exposed beams and slate floor in the kitchen. The village is 1 mile with a mobile post office, well-stocked shop for papers, bread fresh food etc, garage and The Devil Stone Inn all within walking distance, there are also numerous pubs nearby serving locally produced food. There are many attractions to the North and West and local market towns within easy reach to visit.
The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: king-size double with flatscreen TV, Freeview and DVD. Bathroom: with electric shower over bath, WC and heated towel rail. Lounge: spacious with woodburner (first basket of logs provided during winter months only), flatscreen TV, Freeview, DVD and various books, games and DVDs. Kitchen/diner: well-equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Utility room: washing machine and tumble dryer available in shared laundry room. Outside: enclosed area at the front and large garden shared with the owner to the rear with gas BBQ and garden furniture, adjoining paddock and 12 acres of woodland with access to neighbouring woodland to exercise dogs.
