Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Please remember that all short break enquiries have to be checked prior to booking, simply find your perfect cottage, get in touch and we will help finalise your enquiry either email or phone our Reservation Team .

Ashmour 1 is a modernIsed, spacious and well-furnished ground floor apartment set in a Grade 2 listed regency house, with lovely views towrads the sea and harbour.

Situated in the bustling town of Ilfracombe, which offers a blend of stunning coastal scenery, coves and beaches, rural tranquillity and centuries of heritage and style. Ilfracombe is built around a charming natural harbour and has a wealth of places to eat, including the harbourside restaurant owned by Damian Hirst. This all combines to make it a perfect holiday base for touring the whole of North Devon. Set between the National Park of Exmoor to the East and the golden coast with surfing beaches to the West (just 10 minutes by car), it is a remarkable location for romantic getaways, family holidays or an active break.

This ground floor apartment offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite bathroom and access to the enclosed patio area. Stairs leading down into 1 twin bedroom with separate WC. No stairgate available. Shower room: with WC. Lounge: with superb views of the harbour and Hillsborough Hill, TV, Freeview and DVD. Kitchen/diner: with cooker, microwave, fridge with freezer section and dishwasher. Utility: shared laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: BBQ available in patio area (patio is not suitable for small children). Amenities: allocated parking for 1 car. Bed linen, electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking or pets. Additional info: all short breaks in off peak times are charged at 85% of the weekly rate. Location: beach, pubs, shops, restaurants, cinema, theatre walking distance. Arrival: 3pm.
