This converted annexe of the main house has been equipped to provide a good standard of accommodation, it is peacefully located and ideally positioned for touring the North Devon coastline with its wonderful sandy beaches including Westward Ho! Croyde and Saunton. The accommodation is only a 10 minute drive to the regional centre of Barnstaple which has a vibrant array of family leisure facilities and a huge selection of pubs, restaurants and shops. Other interesting places nearby, and worth a visit, include the quaint fishing village of Clovelly, the historic town of Great Torrington and the coastal villages and towns such as Woolacombe, Lynmouth and Ilfracombe. The village has an excellent local pub which serves good food and is just a short stroll from the cottage.
The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms and there is restricted head height in places: the main bedroom with double bed is situated on the ground floor with en-suite shower room and WC, 1 twin bedroom with handbasin (which can be made into a double on request) and 1 single bedroom with handbasin both on the first floor. Family bathroom on ground floor with shower and WC. The compact kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge has a TV, DVD, real-effect gas woodburner and comfortable leather sofas. Dining room with dining table.
