There is also a ground floor twin room which can be combined to form a king-sized bed and has separate access through to the family bathroom with electric shower over bath and WC. The kitchen has modern fittings and has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The large lounge opens out to the gardens and has a TV, DVD, real-effect gas woodburner and comfortable leather sofas. The sun lounge/dining room has a fold-up dining table and has bright views that overlook the garden. The room also has a sofa bed suitable for 2 extra visitors.
