The accommodation consists of FOUR bedrooms: 1 twin with an en-suite shower room downstairs with french door leading out onto the garden, and 2 double and 1 twin upstairs. Family bathroom with bath with shower over and WC. Galleried landing area. Downstairs entrance through large double doors lead into an open-plan kitchen/diner with dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer plus many useful extras. Large lounge with woodburner, comfy sofas TV/DVD, hi-fi and pool table. Two sets of double doors lead off the lounge, both having views over the patio and lawn. There are a range of family activities in the garden from badminton to giant Jenga, plus outdoor hot tub. Ample parking. Bed linen, electric and heating included. Towels available for hire.
