A spacious detached barn conversion, making an ideal holiday location, offering extremely stylish and unique furnishings along with a luxurious outdoor spa.

The regional centre of Barnstaple with its variety of shops, farmers' markets, restaurants and leisure activities is only a 30 minute drive and the sandy beaches of Woolacombe, Croyde and Putsborough are within easy reach and all offer superb family days out. Keen golfers will be pleased to note there are a variety of excellent courses nearby at High Bullen, Libbatton and Chulmleigh. Keen anglers are also well catered for with Stafford Moor Fishery at Dolton a few miles away. At the end of your day you will relish the thought of returning to the barn where you can get cosy in the lounge in front of the woodburner or sit out on the patio and watch the sun setting over this beautiful part of the countryside. Leisure facilities: luxurious outdoor hot tub. Play facilities: range of play equipment including badminton and swing ball.

The accommodation consists of FOUR bedrooms: downstairs 1 zip-and-link twin with an en-suite shower room and french door leading out onto the garden. Upstairs 1 double and 2 twins. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Galleried landing area. Lounge: with woodburner, comfy sofas TV/DVD, hi-fi and pool table. Two sets of double doors lead off the lounge, both having views over the patio and lawn. Kitchen/diner: downstairs entrance through large double doors lead into an open-plan area with dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer plus many useful extras. Outside: large grassed garden and patio area. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, electric and heating included. Towels available for hire. Regret no smoking. 1 pet welcome. Private water supply. Additional info: short breaks or alternative arrival days are welcome during off-peak times subject to availability. Location: beach 23 miles, nearest shop and pub 1 mile (High Bickington).

Dogs are charged at £20.00 per week per dog or £3.00 per day per dog for short breaks.
