Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Please remember that all short break enquiries have to be checked prior to booking, simply find your perfect cottage, get in touch and we will help finalise your enquiry either email or phone our Reservation Team.

Situated close to the centre of the village of Woolfardisworthy (Woolsery) the property is a short drive from the beautiful Devon and Cornwall coastline with its spectacular towering cliffs, rocky shorelines and long stretches of sandy beaches.

The area provides wonderful walking opportunities with the coastal footpath and the famous Tarka Trail, which gives you many miles of safe track for both walking and cycling. Hartland Quay and the picturesque village of Clovelly with its steep cobbled street are also within easy reach. Away from the coast there are many attractions including RHS Rosemoor Gardens, Tapeley Park Gardens and the wide open spaces of Exmoor and Dartmoor with their breathtaking scenery. For the children The Milky Way and The Big Sheep are a short drive.

The modern house offers THREE bedrooms: 1 king-size with vaulted ceiling, views over open countryside and en-suite shower room with WC. 2 twins (1 with zip-and-link bed that can be made into a super-king-size on request). Bathroom: with bath, shower and WC. Separate WC off entrance hall downstairs. Downstairs there is oak flooring throughout. Lounge: spacious with stone feature fireplace, woodburner, large flatscreen TV, DVD and french doors leading to the garden. Sun room off the kitchen with seating and french doors. Kitchen/diner: well-equipped with electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Utility room: washing machine located in the adjoining garage/utility area where there is ample storage for bicycles, surfboards etc if required. Outside: patio and enclosed south facing lawn garden overlooking the paddock with miniature Shetland ponies, garden furniture and BBQ.
