Being within a couple of miles of the A39, you will have easy access to the whole of the area from north Devon right to the end of Cornwall. The farm itself overlooks the Tamar Lakes which have excellent facilities for sailing, canoeing and windsurfing as well as fishing and walking. The fishing villages of Clovelly, Appledore, Port Isaac and Padstow are all well worth a visit and the area offers the famous Eden Project, RHS Rosemoor Gardens, Dartington Crystal and numerous gardens and National Trust houses, including the Lost Gardens of Heligan and Lanhydrock House, to name just a few.
