Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Located near the popular village of Kilkhampton is this 15 acre working farm where the owners keep their outdoor reared sheep, pigs and chickens, meat and eggs are available to purchase direct from the farm. The cottages are arranged around lovely shared courtyard gardens and offer peace and quiet set in beautiful rolling countryside with lots of countryside walks to enjoy. Dartmoor National Park and Exmoor National Park are also accessible, great for moorland walks and cream teas in quaint villages.

If you fancy a trip to the coastline, you will be just a 15 minute drive to the stunning north Cornish coast where you can take a walk along the South West Coast Path taking in the beautiful scenery from cliff tops to sandy coves. The nearby village of Kilkhampton offers pubs, shops and take-aways and the coastal town of Bude offers supermarkets, pubs, shops and sandy beaches perfect for surfing. Being within a couple of miles of the A39, you will have easy access to the whole of the area from north Devon right to the end of Cornwall. The farm itself overlooks the Tamar Lakes which have excellent facilities for sailing, canoeing and windsurfing as well as fishing and walking. The fishing villages of Clovelly, Appledore, Port Isaac and Padstow are all well worth a visit and the area offers the famous Eden Project, RHS Rosemoor Gardens, Dartington Crystal and numerous gardens and National Trust houses, including the Lost Gardens of Heligan and Lanhydrock House, to name just a few.

These barn conversions have been individually converted and feature exposed beams and some with exposed stonework creating a cosy feel. Outside: gardens with garden furniture and BBQ.
