This attractive farmhouse is set in a quiet spot having a lane directly from the farm which leads to the coastal path. An ideal holiday location for families and children, only 10 minutes from the nearest beach (Peppercombe), 20 minutes from the 3 miles of golden sand at Westward Ho! and a 30 minute drive from Bude. Guided tours of the farm are available, where visitors can see and feed the animals, or help to collect eggs. Free pony rides are available for children under 10 with qualified supervision. This farm is also now breeding pedigree 'Gloucester Old Spot' pigs; help look after the piglets! Bring wellies if you want to join in on the farm. For those wishing to explore, you are accessible to many coastal towns and villages such as Boscastle, Tintagel and Clovelly as well as family attractions such as The Big Sheep and The Milky Way at Bideford, Splash wave pool and ten pin bowling at Bude.
The accommodation has THREE bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin and 1 bunk plus single bed. Bathroom with bath, separate WC. Kitchen with electric cooker and hob, microwave and fridge. Utility room with dishwasher, tumble dryer and washing machine. Lounge with open fire (first basket of logs included), dining room which can seat up to 8. Large enclosed front garden with BBQ, garden furniture and a variety of small toys and play equipment. Ample parking. Bed linen and electric included. Regret strictly no smoking or pets.
