Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. COSY COTTAGE IN HEART OF THE VILLAGE WITH VIEWS AND WALKING DISTANCE TO BEACH
This comfortable terraced cottage is ideal for couples looking for a base from which to explore this beautiful part of North Devon.
It’s just a short walk to the pubs and shops, as well as being less than a mile to the sandy beach of Westward Ho! Explore the many attractions in the area such as RHS Rosemoor Gardens and Dartington Crystal which are both at Torrington. Hire cycles and ride or walk along the Tarka Trail (a disused railway line). The nearby small fishing villages of Clovelly and Appledore are both worth a visit and from here you can hop on board and take a boat trip. Take a short drive over the estuary to the sandy beach and dunes of Instow.
The accommodation consists of ONE bedroom: spacious king-size double with TV/DVD and views across Northam Burrows and out to sea. Shower room: situated downstairs, with shower cubicle and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with TV, fireplace with woodburner (initial supply of wood/coal provided) and folding dining table. Kitchen area with electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer. Utility area with washing machine and seating. Outside: regret no outside space. Amenities: roadside parking nearby but you can park directly outside to unload. Bed linen, towels, electric and night storage heating included. Regret no smoking. Regret no pets. Location: beach, shops, pubs and restaurant all within walking distance.
