These beautiful Finnish log cabins are situated in a wonderful part of the North Devon countryside. Approached by a long woodland drive and nestling in picturesque woodland. Ideally situated for relaxing in extensive grounds with an abundance of wildlife. In the valley are 5 lakes well stocked with carp and other coarse fish available to guests. Local attractions include The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, Dartington Crystal, RHS Rosemoor Gardens,Cobbaton Combat Museum and Quince Honey Farm. Quad biking, paint ball and the Tarka Trail cycling route all within a mile. The sandy beaches at Westward Ho!, Instow, Bude, Croyde, Woolacombe and Saunton are all just a short drive. Golf, riding and shooting can all be arranged locally.
Both lodges are set in trees on the hillside and are reached by steps. Ample parking. Full central heating. Bed linen and towels included. Electric by meter. Regret no pets. Beach 5 miles, pub and shop 4 miles.
Kingfisher has THREE bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with 1 single bed upstairs, reached by steep stairs with balcony overlooking lake and 1 double and 1 single downstairs. Large lounge with dining and kitchen areas with fridge, microwave, washing machine and TV. Bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. Hot tub on veranda.
