Nestling within a small court yard of three properties this newly refurbished barn conversion with magnificent views over open fields, is situated on the edge of the pretty village of Littleham.

Located in a lovely setting surrounded by acres of fields yet only a short drive from the sandy beach of Westward Ho! and "The Little White Town" of Bideford. The nearby village of Buckland Brewer has a traditional butcher and local pub. Instow and Appledore are only a few miles away together with Atlantic Village shopping centre. The South West Coast Path is 3 miles away. Local attractions include RHS Rosemoor, Dartington Crystal, the Tarka Trail, Tapeley Park, Hartland Abbey, Clovelly fishing village and day trips by boat to Lundy Island.
