A second floor apartment, in a grade II listed building, situated in one of Appledore's narrow streets.

With an abundance of unspoilt charm, it provides an ideal holiday base in this popular village at any time of year. The apartment has been refurbished to a high standard and offers a contemporary living space and is only a short stroll to the Quayside and a good selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and galleries. Westward Ho!, with its two miles of sandy beach is only a 5 minute drive offering a sandy surf beach. You will also be ideally positioned for visiting some of North Devon's most picturesque locations including Clovelly, with its steeped cobbled streets, Instow with its sandy beach and wealth of pubs and restaurants, and the ancient pannier market town of Bideford, home of the Oldenburg boat on which you can visit Lundy Island.

The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: double. Shower room: with power shower and WC. Lounge/diner: spacious with sofa bed, TV, DVD, board games and books. There is also a dining table and seating where you can enjoy the views over the river. Kitchen: modern and well-equipped with breakfast bar, electric cooker, microwave, fridge with ice compartment and washing machine. Outside: Shared patio area with washing line.
