This property is situated in the North Devon countryside and provides an idyllic country retreat, but is only 3 miles from Woolacombe with its surfing beach and lively nightlife. Also nearby are the beaches of Saunton and Croyde, the bustling seaside town of Ilfracombe and many local towns and villages. Feel free to explore the surrounding countryside or enjoy a leisurely drive to Exmoor National Park. Come back and relax on your private patio.

An upside-down cottage renovated to a high standard. Enter the cottage downstairs where you will find ONE bedroom: double with TV. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan area situated upstairs with TV and DVD. Custom-built pine kitchen offers oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge with icebox. Shared utility room: outhouse adjacent to the property with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. Outside: off the lounge enjoy the countryside views from your secluded private patio and garden with seating and small BBQ. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electric included. Central heating an extra £20 per week (October - end April) payable to the owner on arrival, reduced for short breaks. Regret strictly no smoking in or around the property. Regret no pets. Additional info: regret no babies or children. Location: pub with restaurant 1 mile, village shop 1.5 miles, Willingcott 18 hole golf course 1 miles. Beach 3 miles. Arrival: 3pm.
