Minutes walk from the centre of the town and Tunnels Beach, you can leave your car and enjoy local restaurants, The Landmark Theatre with all-year-round entertainment, or for those who enjoy walking, the house is on the trail of the Torrs Walk. A 10 minute walk will take you to the harbour area. There are a wealth of popular attractions within the area to suit all tastes and these include Watermouth Castle, National Trust Arlington Court, and Dinosaur Park to name but a few. A 10 minute drive to the famous surfing beach Woolacombe. Leisure facilities: heated outdoor swimming pool opening on 26th May and closing 22nd September. The accommodation offers NINE bedrooms: 6 with en-suite facilities. On the ground floor off the main entrance hall is 1 double with en-suite shower and WC. On the first floor is 1 double and single with en-suite shower and WC, 1 king-size and single with en-suite shower over bath and WC, 1 double with en-suite shower and WC. On the second floor is 1 double with en-suite bath and WC, 1 single with washbasin, 1 double with en-suite shower and WC and connecting door to 1 bunk bedroom (this room has its own entrance door and can be part of a family room or a separate bedroom) with washbasin and 1 double. Shower room: separate with WC. Ground floor cloakroom with WC. Entrance door opens into a large hall with sweeping staircase. Lounge: with TV, DVD, electric fire and bay window overlooking Ilfracombe, through a door to second smaller snug, seating area. Kitchen/diner: located downstairs well-equipped with 5-ring gas hob, 2 electric fan ovens, dishwasher and fridge. Dining area with table seating 19, additional lounge with french doors opening onto patio and swimming pool area. Utility room: with washing machine, tumble dryer and chest freezer. Computer room with 1 PC. Amenities: off-road parking for 4 cars with free roadside parking also available directly in front of the house.
