This magnificent apartment on the water's edge has fabulous far-reaching views over the open sea and is situated just off the coastal path in a quiet area of Ilfracombe. The panoramic sea views can fully be appreciated from the apartment's balcony where you can relax and enjoy the complimentary bottle of wine and watch the boats entering the harbour, and occasionally you can see seals. You will only be a short stroll to the natural harbour, the Blue Flag Tunnels beaches, shops, theatre, a wealth of good pubs and restaurants as well as the new harbourside restaurant that is owned by the artist Damien Hirst. As well as this you will be ideally positioned for touring the whole area with all year attractions including National Trust's Arlington Court and Exmoor National Park which are beautiful in all seasons. The Blue Flag golden sands of Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton Sands are just 10 minutes by car.
The comfortable accommodation is very well equipped and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with sea views and 1 full sized bunk bedroom. Bathroom with shower over and WC. Open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Lounge with a TV, SkyTV including Sky Sports, DVD, hi-fi and french doors opening out onto the balcony with panoramic sea views and seating (care with small children must be taken). Wireless broadband internet access. Parking is a 2 minute walk and a car parking pass is included for 1 car. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking or pets.
