Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. This spacious wing of the main 17th century farmhouse is situated in an attractive location on a 200 acre dairy and sheep farm, where woods and meadows studded with wildflowers shelter an abundance of wildlife including red deer, foxes, rabbits, hares, and buzzards that will enchant true nature-lovers. Set just on the border of Exmoor National Park, and with the Tarka Trail running through the farm, walkers will be spoilt for choice with magnificent pathways. All the amenities of Barnstaple and the superb surfing, sandy beaches of Saunton and Croyde are all within easy reach. Leisure facilities: guests are welcome to roam the land, enjoy streamside picnics or enjoy a game of tennis on the all-weather court. Farm activities: watch seasonal activities including milking, calf feeding and harvesting
