Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. This spacious wing of the main 17th century farmhouse is situated in an attractive location on a 200 acre dairy and sheep farm, where woods and meadows studded with wildflowers shelter an abundance of wildlife including red deer, foxes, rabbits, hares and buzzards that will enchant true nature-lovers.

Set on the border of Exmoor National Park and with the Tarka Trail running through the farm, walkers will be spoilt for choice with magnificent pathways. All the amenities of Barnstaple and the superb surfing, sandy beaches of Saunton and Croyde are all within easy reach. Leisure facilities: guests are welcome to roam the land, enjoy streamside picnics or enjoy a game of tennis on the court. Farm activities: watch seasonal activities including milking, calf feeding and harvesting.

Furnished to a comfortable standard with stunning views from the property and garden. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double and 1 full-sized bunk bedroom leading to 1 twin. Bathroom: with electric shower over bath and WC. Lounge: with woodburner in a feature stone fireplace, TV, video, DVD and lovely views over the garden. Kitchen/diner: reached via a low clearance door, small with electric cooker, microwave, fridge with icebox and use of owner's washing machine. Outside: large walled garden with level lawn, profusion of flowers and shrubs, picnic table, BBQ and tennis court. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, electric and logs included.
