The cottage is set in a quiet lane, on an 100 acre stock farm, just over a mile from the beautiful north coast of Devon, with its sandy beaches, coves and superb coastal paths. The villages of Combe Martin and Ilfracombe are 3 miles away and Woolacombe with its excellent beach is 7 miles. The places to visit locally include the ancient cliff railway at Lynton and Lynmouth, Exmoor and many picturesque villages. Other attractions to suit all tastes include National Trust Arlington Court, Watermouth Castle and Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park.
