Other nearby activities include sea fishing at the nearby fishing village of Clovelly, and where the owner can arrange fishing trips if required. Excellent walking and bridle paths surround the farm and a small shallow stream borders the land. The Hoops Inn, a pretty thatched pub, is just a short walk (along a busy road) and offers superb food and ale with bar snack or restaurant menus to choose from. The Blue Flag beach at Westward Ho! is only a 10 minute drive and offers over 2 miles of golden sand, ideal for surfers/body boarders etc. Spectacular clifftop walks and a variety of seaside amenities. Family attractions abound in this area so there is always something to do. The Big Sheep and The Milky Way Adventure Parks are always a good day out, and should the weather not be kind, The Splash Pool and Ten Pin Bowling Centre at Bude is always popular.
