Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. COUNTRYSIDE VIEWS
Elm Cottage is modern, light, well-designed and part of a small development of barn conversions with delightful rear-facing countryside views. This property is close to the magnificent North Devon/Cornwall coastline with its heritage cobbled cliffside village of Clovelly, rugged Hartland Quay and sweeping sandy beaches. The area's many attractions include RHS Rosemoor Gardens, Queens Theatre in Barnstaple and Dartington Crystal. The area is also good for walking on the coast path and Tarka Trail, which gives you many miles of safe tracks for both walking and cycling.
The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: double, set on an enclosed raised platform accessed via a small step ladder. Shower room: tiled with shower, basin and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with comfortable sofa and chairs, TV and DVD, cooker, microwave, fridge and oak dining table. Utility room: separate shared laundry room. Outside: rear enclosed south-facing garden with views, patio area with furniture and BBQ. Extensive shared wild gardens with wildlife ponds. Amenities: parking for 2 cars.
