The 2 miles of golden sandy beach at Westward Ho! is just a 20 minute drive or enjoy the sand dunes at Instow with its lovely seafront restaurants and pubs. Riding, fishing, golf and a wealth of good walks can all be accessed locally.

The first floor accommodation offers ONE superking-size double bedroom that can be made into a twin if required and a sofa bed available for use by a small child. Bathroom with shower over bath and WC. On the ground floor is a hall with separate WC off. Open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with TV, Freeview, video, DVD, hi-fi and a selection of videos and DVDs. The kitchen area has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and utility room with washing machine and separate WC. Central heating extra from October- March £10 per week payable to the owner.
