Situated off a quiet country lane with their own private driveway makes them a perfect retreat for those who wish to enjoy the peace and seclusion of the surrounding countryside yet are easily accessible to the market town of Barnstaple (4 miles) with its shops, pubs and restaurants. Discover one of the many local attractions including The Milky Way, The Big Sheep, Arlington Court, the Tarka Trail (cycling and walking) and much more. The 2 miles of golden sandy beach at Westward Ho! is just a 20 minute drive or enjoy the sand dunes at Instow with its lovely seafront restaurants and pubs. Riding, fishing, golf and a wealth of good walks can all be accessed locally.
