You will be within an easy drive to Barnstaple, which is a quaint town full of history and is ideal for shopping. Also within easy reach is Bideford, with its picturesque, tree lined 17th century quay which was once a busy trading port. Here you will be able to get a ferry across to Lundy Island or explore the town and shops. People who visit North Devon cannot stop themselves from coming back for more. A holiday in North Devon is full of contrast; from some of the most stunning coastlines and beaches in Britain to the wilds of remote Exmoor and the traditional rolling hills of Tarka Country. Throughout the year these diverse landscapes change and adapt to the seasons.
